ALTECA Ltd. considers each sample and all information provided with or about the sample to be confidential information.
When submitting a sample, please provide us with complete contact information for the party(s) who will be 1. handling the billing/reporting and 2. any additional contacts who are authorized to discuss the sample and laboratory resuts. The party responsible for paying the invoice also controls the custody of the sample, including who is authorized to discuss sample results. We will not discuss results with any other party unless we have been duly authorized in writing.
